STEP 1
Know your property and your needs
Before putting the property up for sale, I really like to know what are the expectations of the current owners. Therefore, holding an interview with the sellers and delving into their needs, as well as their economic and temporal objectives, is a fundamental initial step for me to start the project on the right foot.
One of the keys to my profession is to absorb everything the home can offer in order to transmit it well to potential buyers. I like to walk through it, get to know it and visually inspect the property, as well as the common areas and surrounding areas.
Once this first phase of knowledge is done, we carry out an agreement of conditions and terms to start with the sell project.
STEP 2
Real Estate market analysis
I carry out a detailed analysis of the Real Estate sector in the area. I inspect adjoining properties, prices, economic value of other properties sold, as well as the added value offered by the house itself. With all this information, we can determine the market value of the property, following with a written and signed agreement for the initiation of the transaction.

Real Estate advertising and market
It’s necessary that future owners can see through photographs and videos the property, from different angles and with an unbeatable quality.
